Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

Template notice. This policy is a starting point for Arcumo LLC and should be reviewed by counsel before launch, and updated to reflect the analytics, hosting and form-handling services you actually deploy.

Who we are

Arcumo LLC ("Arcumo", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, work email, company and message you provide, together with the topic you select. We collect this only because you chose to send it to us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp — for security and reliability purposes. If we enable website analytics, we will describe the provider and its retention period here.

How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a business conversation you started
  • To operate, secure and improve the website
  • To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted through this site to train machine-learning models.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or similar legislation applies, we process contact-form information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and server-log information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate this website and our business communications — for example, hosting, email and form-delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship it relates to, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it. Server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with our hosting provider's defaults.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or preference cookies, we will update this section and provide a means of control before they are used.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@arcumo.com.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information this website collects. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
